Next Fifteen Communications Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 26 September 2011 it received the following notification from Liontrust Investment Partners LLP ("Liontrust") in relation to a disclosure of its interest in the Company's ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares").
As of 23 September 2011, Liontrust had a total interest in the Company of 11,216,178 Ordinary Shares, which represents 20.15% of the Company's current issued share capital, being 55,659,341 Ordinary Shares (excluding shares held in treasury).
