Holdings in Company
The Company received notification on 4 December 2008 that, on 1 December 2008, C.Gledhill Ltd acquired 30,000 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to 0.16 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. Following the purchase C.Gledhill Ltd holds 1,750,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, equivalent to 9.20 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.
