Ambrian Capital plc received notification on 03 August 2010 from MWB Limited that, following the purchase of 700,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company on 23 July 2010 and 920,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company on 02 August 2010, MWB Limited now has an interest in 6,703,149 shares in the Company representing 6.3% of the total voting rights attached to the issued share capital of the Company.
