Farringdon Capital Management advised us today of the following changes in their shareholding in Fyffes:

1. On 1 December 2010 - increased to 20,500,000 representing 6.24% of the shares then in issue;

2. On 12 January 2011 - increased to 23,230,000 representing 7.05% of the shares then in issue;

3. They now hold 23,984,571 ordinary shares in Fyffes plc representing 7.28% of the shares currently in issue, excluding treasury shares.
