The Company was notified on 2 December 2008 that Spearpoint Limited, through its nominee, Secure Nominees Limited, holds 2,689,821 ordinary shares in the Company representing 13.87% of the shares in issue with voting rights attached. Of these, 1,232,321 ordinary shares, representing 6.36% of the issued share capital, are held on behalf of customers of Spearpoint Limited on a discretionary managed basis.
