NETeller PLC16 October 2006 Holdings in Company NETELLER Plc (the "Company") received notification on 13 October 2006 that as atthe close of business on 11 October 2006 UBS AG had a material interest in theCompany's shares that resulted in UBS AG holding a total of 6,902,217 ordinaryshares representing approximately 5.76% of the issued share capital of theCompany. Subsequently, the Company received notification on 13 October 2006 that as atthe close of business on 12 October 2006 UBS AG ("UBS AG") had a materialinterest in the Company's shares that resulted in UBS AG holding a total of3,691,681 ordinary shares representing approximately 3.08% of the issued sharecapital of the Company As at 14 October 2006, the Company had 119,920,953 ordinary shares in issue.
