Evolution Group PLC20 March 2007 The Evolution Group Plc TR-1: Notification of Major Interests in Shares The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notificationon 20 March 2007 from Lansdowne Partners Limited being the General Partner ofLansdowne Partners Limited Partnership (LPLP), Lansdowne UK Equity Fund Limited(LUKEFL) and Lansdowne Partners International Limited ("Lansdowne") that inaccordance with DTR Transitional Provision 7 Lansdowne was interested in11,025,750 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") representing anindirect interest in approximately 4.98% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company. LPLP controls 11,025,750 voting rights. LUKEFL owns 10,522,252voting rights with the balance held on behalf of client funds managed by LPLP. Morstan Nominees Limited is the registered Shareholder.
