Notification of Change in Shareholding in JSC TransContainer
On 15 February 2012, JSC TransContainer ("TransContainer") (TRCN) was notified of the acquisition by HALIMEDA INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (subsidiary of FESCO) of 2.62% of TransContainer's ordinary shares in the form of Global Depository Receipts on 31 January 2012, as a result of which HALIMEDA INTERNATIONAL LIMITED held 21.12% of TransContainer's share capital as of 31 January 2012.
