Arron Banks and Paul Chase-Gardener notified the directors of Webis on 9 June 2008 that they hold a notifiable interest in the Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the issued share capital of the Company.
The holding of 17,115,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 8.28% of the issued share capital of the Company, is held by the following shareholders:
