Holding in Company
The Company was notified on 6 August 2009 by Artio International Equity Fund ("Artio") that as a result of the tender offer completed by the Company on 24 June 2009, Artio has increased its notifiable interest to 12,382,906 ordinary shares of 1p each, representing 10.52 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company calculated after cancelling shares being bought at the tender offer. The shares are registered in the name of State Street Nominees Limited.
