London Asia Chinese Private Equity Fund Limited
(the "Company")
The Company was informed on 13 October 2008 that Insight Investment Management (Global) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of HBOS plc, on 8 October 2008, increased its interest in the Company by 1,181,564 ordinary shares of 1p each, taking its interest in the Company to 11,391,000 ordinary shares, representing 22.782% of the issued share capital.
