Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification on 9 December 2008 from Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited advising that, following the acquisition of ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 5 December 2008, Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited now hold a direct interest in 4,409,500 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company. This represents approximately 7.89% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
