Purchase of shares

The Trust announces that its Investment Manager, Alpha Real Capital LLP ("ARC"), purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares at 5p per share on 8 May 2013. This transaction represents 0.9% of the issued share capital.

This transaction was executed under the terms of an irrevocable, non-discretionary trading plan, which ARC entered into with Numis Securities on 19 April 2013.

Following the purchase ARC will own 9,400,000 ordinary shares.
