Vectura Group PLC17 February 2005 Vectura Group plc NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES London, UK, 17 February 2005: Vectura Group plc was today informed by Avivaplc, on behalf of Aviva plc and Morley Fund Management Limited (a subsidiary ofAviva plc), that both Aviva plc and Morley Fund Management Limited were deemedto be interested in 4,370,000 ordinary shares of 0.025 pence each of theCompany, corresponding to approximately 4.05% of the issued share capital of theCompany.
