Surface Transforms Plc announces that on 14 August 2009, the Company received notification that C Gledhill Ltd, following the purchase of 2,126,580 new ordinary shares at 10 pence per share in the placing as announced on 12 August 2009, is now interested in 6,828,723 ordinary shares which equates to 29 per cent of the Company's enlarged share capital.
Following the placing the Company will have 23,547,328 ordinary shares in issue which represent the Company's total voting rights.
