Holdings in Company

The Company has been informed that on 18 August 2016, the pension fund of which Graham Shore is the beneficiary acquired 50,000 shares in the Company, bringing its total holding to 259,000 shares, representing 2.0 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company. Graham Shore is a director of Shore Capital Limited, the parent company of Puma Investment Management Limited, the Investment Advisor to the Company. He is also beneficially interested in the shares of Shore Capital Group Limited, which through a subsidiary itself holds a substantial shareholding in the Company. This holding is 2,847,687 shares, representing 21.6 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company was also informed that on the same date David Kaye, the Chief Executive of Puma Investment Management Limited and a shareholder of that company, acquired 25,000 shares in the Company, bringing his total holding to 94,000 shares, representing 0.7 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
