Resolution Limited ('the Company') announces that it has received a notification dated 3 October 2013 from Prudential plc in respect of a transaction made on 2 October 2013. The transaction resulted in Prudential plc having a total interest in 70,627,231 shares, which amounts to 4.98% of the total voting rights in the Company. Of these voting rights, 221,650 or 0.1% are held indirectly.

This represents a decrease from the previously notified holding of 72,436,071 shares amounting to 5.01% of the voting rights.

The disclosure made by Prudential plc on 3 October 2013 in respect of this holding in the Company was not received. This position was identified by the Company as part of its ongoing register analysis on 5 November 2013 and subsequently confirmed by Prudential.
