Holdings in Company

The board of CloudTag (CTAG:LN) recently became aware that on 3 October 2014, 16 October 2014 and 6 November 2014 Corvus Capital Limited ("Corvus"), which had previously notified the Company that it held 28,800,000 CloudTag ordinary shares, transferred ownership of 25,548,439 ordinary shares to Spreadex Limited. Following these transfers Corvus no longer had or has a disclosable interest in the Company's ordinary shares. Spreadex Limited disclosed on 16 August 2016 that it no longer had a disclosable interest in CloudTag ordinary shares.
