Savills PLC13 August 2007 Savills plc (the "Company") TR 1 Notification of Major Interest in Shares The Company received notice on 13 August 2007 from Standard Life Investments Ltdthat the shareholder Vidacos Nominees, in fulfilment of the obligations imposedby the Financial Services Authority in accordance with Disclosure andTransparency Rule 5, acquired 635,419 shares on 9 August 2007. This latest acquisition gave a total interest of 18,885,124 ordinary shares representing 14.331% of the issued share capital of the Company. All of these shares are held directly.
