Kaupthing Bank HF directly controls as principal 9,570,500 shares, representing 26.08% of the voting rights of the issuer, which are held through Vidacos Nominees Limited, the nominee of its custodian, Arion Custody Services Limited.
Kaupthing Bank HF indirectly controls 1,006,000 shares representing 2.74% which are held by Singer & Friedlander Investment Management Limited, Singer & Friedlander Investment Management Limited (IOM) and Kaupthing Bank Luxembourg SA (entities within the Kaupthing Bank group), on a discretionary basis.
