The Company was notified on 7 November 2012, following a change in the Company's total voting rights after the sale of treasury shares as notified on 2 November 2012, and whilst their respective holdings are unchanged, that:
Amati VCT plc is interested in 787,826 ordinary shares of the Company, now representing 3.99% of its issued voting rights; and Amati VCT 2 plc is interested in 590,065 ordinary shares of the Company, now representing 2.99% of its issued voting rights.Enquiries:
