The Company was notified on 23 January 2012 that on 20 January 2012 JM Finn and Co Ltd increased their interest to 3,293,310 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 13.5% of the ordinary share capital of the Company.
The Company was also notified on 23 January 2012 that on 23 January 2012 Stancroft Trust Ltd increased their interest to 1,313,333 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 5.3% of the ordinary share capital of the Company.
