Major Shareholding
The Group announces that Mr and Mrs T R Winser, major shareholders of the Company hold 3,542,924 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company, representing 5.63 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
This announcement is being made in order to rectify an error on page 24 of the Company's Report and Accounts, regarding the disclosure of shares held by Mr and Mrs T R Winser.
