Asian Citrus was notified on 11 June 2013 that Wellington Management Company, LLP sold 150,000 ordinary shares on 7 June 2013 at average price of HK$2.84 (equivalent to 23.55 pence).
Following the above transaction, Wellington Management Company, LLP now holds 61,262,792 ordinary shares representing 4.99% of the Company's ordinary issued share capital.
