Pendragon advises that, pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, it was notified on 2nd January 2008 that following a transaction on 23rd December 2007 AXA S.A has a notifiable interest in the voting rights over 69,955,988 ordinary shares of 5p, representing 10.66% of the voting rights in the issued ordinary share capital of Pendragon.
