Cluff Natural Resources Plc, the AIM-quoted natural resources investing company with a high impact exploration and appraisal portfolio focused on the Southern and Central North Sea, announces that it has received a Standard Form TR-1 for notification of major holdings ("TR-1") from Canaccord Genuity Group Inc ("Canaccord Genuity Group"), which is set out below.
In relation to section 9 of the TR-1 below, the Company notes that the interest of Canaccord Genuity Wealth Limited has decreased to 0.1544% of the voting rights in the Company relative to the TR-1 received from Canaccord Genuity Group on 21 May 2020, although the interest of Hargreave Hale Ltd remains unchanged at 13.8187% of the voting rights in the Company.
