Premier Foods plc25 April 2005 Premier Foods plc ("the Company") Disclosure of Interest in Share Capital On 25 April 2005 the Company received notification by Fidelity InvestmentsInternational of Windmill Court, Millfield Lane, Lower Kingswood, Tadworth,Surrey KT20 6RG that, as at, 25 April 2005 Fidelity International Limited of POBox HM670, Hamilton HMCX, Bermuda and its direct and indirect subsidiaries andFMR Corp of 82 Devonshire Street, Boston, MA 02109 and its direct and indirectsubsidiaries, being non-beneficial holders, had a notifiable interest of9,468,358 ordinary shares in the Company representing 3.87% of the issued sharecapital.
