13 February 2015 PipeHawk plc ("PipeHawk" or the "Company") Holding in Company PipeHawk announces that it has been informed that on 12 February 2015 apurchase of 800,000 ordinary shares in the Company was made by Mr PeterLobbenberg. Following this purchase, Mr and Mrs Lobbenberg now hold an aggregate holding of2,800,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to 8.48 per cent. of the issued sharecapital of the Company.
