Holdings in Company
The Company has received notice today that on 3 April 2012 Constellation Software Inc. transferred its entire holding of 7,980,083 ordinary shares representing 21.46% of Bond's voting rights, as well as its entire holding of 4,720,558 non-voting convertible shares in the Company to its wholly-owned subsidiary Trapeze ITS Luxembourg Sarl. Following this transfer Constellation's voting rights in the Company remain unchanged.
