Skyepharma PLC03 October 2005 For Immediate Release 3 October 2005 SkyePharma PLC ("the Company") As a result of transactions on 30 September 2005 the SkyePharma PLC GeneralEmployee Benefit Trust acquired an additional 697,675 Ordinary Shares of theCompany at an average price per share of 40.67 pence, bringing the total held inthe Trust to 6,086,504 Ordinary Shares.
