Nighthawk Energy plc ("Nighthawk" or "the Company") was notified on 10 June 2009 by Osceola Hydrocarbons Limited ("Osceola") that Osceola had on that day purchased 200,000 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company, representing 0.08 per cent. of the issued share capital. The purchase represents Osceola's current interest in the share capital of Nighthawk.
Michael Thomsen and David Bramhill, Executive Chairman and Managing Director of Nighthawk respectively, are also directors of Osceola. Mr. Thomsen and Mr. Bramhill hold 0.68 per cent. and 1.95 per cent. of the issued share capital of Osceola respectively.
