The Company notifies that, in accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Lonrho Plc has informed the Company that, as at 15 January 2013, Lonrho Plc's interest in the Company remains unchanged as 1,160,037,455 ordinary shares. As a result of the issue of 26,666,666 new ordinary shares on 15th January 2013, Lonrho Plc's percentage interest in the Company has been diluted from 62.7% to 61.85%.
