Hydrogen Group plc ("the Company") was notified on 22 June 2010 that, on that day, Charles Marshall sold 170,940 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 117.0 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Charles holds 2,682,245 Ordinary Shares representing 11.4 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
The Company was also notified on 22 June 2010 that, on that day, Chris Cole sold 170,940 Ordinary Shares at a price of 117.0 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Chris holds 3,807,829 Ordinary Shares representing 16.2 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
