The Company received notification on 17 September 2008 that Charlemagne Capital (IOM) Limited, on behalf of managed funds, now controls 24,143,785 ordinary shares representing approximately 4.85 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital (excluding treasury shares). Company has 497,596,141 common shares in issue.
