Changes to significant shareholders
Vietnam Infrastructure Limited ("VNI" or the "Company"), the first publicly traded fund to focus on infrastructure assets in Vietnam today announces it has received notification from Ironsides Partners LLC that in aggregate, its funds hold 39,040,000 shares, equivalent to 10.86 percent of the voting rights in the Company, as at 23 December 2013.
