Pursuant to the announcement made by the Company on 4 May 2010 which notified the market that the issued share capital has increased to 565,629,659 ordinary shares, the Company has been notified that the following investors still hold the following shareholdings:

Francisco Vergara-Irrazaval, Non-Executive Director, has a beneficial interest in the Company's shares totalling 2,640,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.47% of the issued share capital and votes of the Company.

Maxwell James Green has a beneficial interest in the Company's shares totalling 28,080,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 4.96% of the issued share capital and votes of the company through his three relevant interests; the 17,400,000 ordinary shares he holds personally, the 280,000 ordinary shares he holds through Tanic Pty Ltd, and the 10,400,000 ordinary shares he holds through the MJ and RL Green (ATF Green Superannuation Fund).
