9 February 2010 Totally Plc ("Totally'' or "the Company'') Holdings in Company
The Company announces, following notification received yesterday, that following transactions on the same day, Hoodless Brennan & Partners Plc is now beneficially interested in 11,803,621 ordinary shares in the capital of Totally, equivalent to 12.83 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.
