The Company was informed on December 18, 2015 that on that date Admiral Leighton W. Smith, a non-executive Director, acquired 50,000 common shares of par value $0.59446 ("Common Shares") at a price of 4.125 pence per Common Share. Following that purchase Admiral Smith is interested in 150,000 Common Shares.
