Monday 24 November 2008 – NEOVIA Financial Plc (LSE: NEO) received notification on 24 November 2008 that as at close of business on 21 November 2008, MF Global UK Limited had a beneficial interest in the Company’s shares that resulted in MF Global UK Limited holding a total of 5,593,146 ordinary shares representing approximately 4.66% of the issued share capital of the Company.
As at 21 November 2008, the Company had 119,920,953 ordinary shares in issue.
