Notification of Change of Interest
Eurasia has today received the following notifications of changes in interest in the voting rights in the Company's share capital:
On 8 August 2008, JP Morgan Chase & Co. disposed of 10,140,300 ordinary shares in the Company. JP Morgan Chase & Co. no longer holds any ordinary shares in Eurasia and no longer holds any disclosable interest in ordinary shares in the Company.
On the same date Loeb Aron & Company Limited acquired 10,140,300 ordinary shares in the Company. The total number of shares Loeb Aron & Company now hold in the Company is 10,390,300 ordinary shares, representing 7.36% of the total number of shares in issue and 7.36% of the total voting rights in the Company.
