NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES
The Company advises that pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules it received a notification on 20 November 2009 from M&G Investment Management Limited on behalf of Prudential plc Group of Companies that it has a notifiable interest in 1,068,500 Ordinary Shares of 25p, representing 4.66% of the voting rights in the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company, and that it also has an interest in 178,000 Subscription Shares of 1p, which represents 3.73% of the total Subscription Shares in issue.
The Company notes that under most circumstances its Subscription Shares have no voting rights. However, the Subscription Shares have an annual opportunity to be converted into Ordinary Shares following which they would have the voting rights attached to Ordinary Shares.
