Tuesday, 21 October 2008 - NETELLER Plc (LSE: NLR), received notification on 20 October 2008 that as at close of business on 17 October 2008 Cantor Fitzgerald Europe had a beneficial interest in the Company's shares that resulted in Cantor Fitzgerald Europe holding a total of 4,770,106 ordinary shares representing approximately 3.98% of the issued share capital of the Company.
As at 20 October 2008, the Company had 119,920,953 ordinary shares in issue.
