Dinkie Heel PLC14 February 2005 DINKIE HEEL PLC ACQUISITION AND DISPOSAL OF SHARES Dinkie Heel plc (the "Company") has, pursuant to section 198 of the CompaniesAct 1985, been informed by means of a letter received today, that on 9 February2005, Hoodless Brennan & Partners plc acquired 7,000,000 ordinary shares in theCompany representing approximately 3.93% of the Company's issued ordinary sharecapital. The Company was further informed in the same letter that by close of business on9 February 2005, 6,400,000 of these shares had been sold to private customers ofHoodless Brennan & Partners plc.
