Wednesday 13 January 2010 - NEOVIA Financial Plc (LSE: NEO), received notification on 12 January 2010 that Franklin Templeton Institutional, LLC ("Franklin") now has a beneficial interest in the Company's shares that resulted in Franklin holding a total of 10,804,020 ordinary shares representing approximately 9.01% of the issued share capital and votes of the Company.
As at 12 January 2010, the Company had 119,920,953 ordinary shares in issue.
