ASOS PLC02 August 2006 ASOS plc ("ASOS" or "the Company") Holding in Company ASOS was advised on 1 August 2006 that Fidelity International Limited, and itsdirect and indirect subsidiaries, have disposed of 175,106 ordinary shares inthe Company and now hold a total of 9,950,188 ordinary shares, which representapproximately 13.83 per cent. of the entire issued share capital of the Company. Of the total shareholdings notified: 1,045,700 ordinary shares are held in thename of Bank of New York Brussels; 277,000 ordinary shares are held in the nameof Northern Trust London; 534,000 are held in the name of Mellon Bank; 1,144,800are held in the name of Citibank London; 684,200 ordinary shares are held in thename of State Str Bank and Trust Company London; 3,706,088 ordinary shares areheld in the name of Brown Bros Harriman Ltd Lux; 166,500 ordinary shares areheld in the name of Brown Brothers Harriman and Co; 1,049,700 ordinary sharesare held in the name of Bank of New York Europe London and 1,342,200 ordinaryshares are held in the name of JP Morgan, Bournemouth.
