Accsys Technologies PLC06 February 2007 London, 6th February 2007 AIM: AXS Accsys Technologies PLC (the "Company") Notifiable Interest The Company has received notification that Rajhi Holdings has acquired anotifiable interest of 7,000,000 shares representing 5.02 % of the issued sharecapital of the Company. Rajhi Holdings is registered and domiciled in Bahrain, and owned by a prominentSaudi Arabian family. Total Voting Rights For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure andTransparency Rules, the Company's total issued share capital which carriesvoting rights at the date of this notice is €1,394,456.19 and consists of139,445,619 ordinary shares of €0.01 each, with one voting right per ordinaryshare, all of which have been admitted to trading on AiM. None of the ordinaryshares are held by the Company in treasury. The Company also has 1,000,000 deferred shares of £0.10 each in issue. However,the deferred shares have no voting rights and have not been admitted to tradingon AiM. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 139,445,619. Thisfigure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations bywhich they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or achange to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and TransparencyRules.
