Holdings in Company
Coal of Africa Limited (the "Company") was notified on 23 June 2017 by Summer Trees Pte Ltd ("SummerTrees"), that as at 16 June 2017, SummerTrees held 257,884,615 ordinary shares of nil par value each in the Company, representing 10.1 per cent of the Company's issued share capital at that date.
SummerTrees is a new shareholder and this is the first placement in the company. The shareholding increased by 10.1 per cent following the recent shareholder approved share placement of 340,245,378 additional shares issued to Yishun Brightrise Pte, M & G Investment Management Ltd., and Summer Trees PTE Limited on the 15 June 2017.
