The Company was notified on 29 August 2008 by Deutsche Bank AG that following the disposal of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 28 August 2008, it has an interest in 8,966,621 of the Company's Ordinary Shares representing 5.08 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
