Petroceltic International plc ('Petroceltic' or the 'Company')

The Company received on the 10th of September 2014 a notification from Worldview EHS International Master Fund, Worldview Special Situations Fund and Worldview Special Opportunities Master Fund, stating that together they have an interest in 47,119,582 ordinary shares which represents 22.04% per cent* of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

* This percentage shareholding is based on a shares in issue figure of ordinary shares 213,718,250
