The Company was informed on 13 July 2009 that on 15 May 2009, David Archer purchased 8,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the share capital of the Company. Following this transaction, Mr Archer now holds a beneficial interest in 10,112,313 ordinary shares, which represents 4.89% per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
